Frank Ashton is a commercial executive and strategic adviser with over 35 years' experience supporting businesses and investors through every key stage of the business lifecycle — growth, funding, acquisition, succession, divestment and exit. His experience spans manufacturing, engineering, industrial technology, energy and hydrogen, pharmaceuticals, commercial automotive, retail and business services, working with organisations ranging from SMEs to multinational corporations across the UK, Europe, North America and Asia.

Frank began his career with PwC and KPMG before moving into senior commercial leadership roles in advanced manufacturing. Since then he has advised owner-managed businesses, multinational organisations, leadership teams and private equity investors on commercial strategy, operational due diligence, business transformation and value creation — with a particular focus on strategic partnerships, mergers and acquisitions and commercial growth.

Outside work, Frank enjoys music of all types, walking, cycling, travel and researching family and aviation history.
