Greg Harding is a commercially driven Managing Director and CEO with more than 25 years' experience building, scaling and transforming engineering, manufacturing and industrial businesses. He has held full P&L accountability for businesses with revenues from £6m to £30m and teams of up to 175 people, in highly regulated, technically demanding and capital intensive markets.
Greg's growth strategies have doubled revenue, grown new equipment sales from £5.7m to £11m in 12 months and generated £11m of additional aftermarket revenue. His sector experience spans engineering and manufacturing, major infrastructure projects, consumer electronics, HVAC, water and waste water, offshore energy, oil and gas, power generation, renewable energy, marine, nuclear and defence. He also brings private equity experience, including integration and a successful exit at a 7x multiple.
At Jenova Partners, Greg works across all of the firm's sectors as an Associate Partner, delivering both executive search and strategic advisory to owners, boards and investors.
Outside work, Greg enjoys cycling and family time.
